This service line is an extension of our process modelling service and is applicable for companies wishing to drive business process improvement through changes to existing technology. In this situation we will write a detailed functional specification that links the business objectives to the technology requirements at a functionality and screen level.

A particularly important outcome of our approach is that there is no project scrap. The functional requirement is concurrently prepared in an HTML and MS Word document. This means the model is suitable for web publishing and it forms the backbone for UAT, Training and long term knowledge management.
